Tonight he’s in Hawaii on the island of Oahu with stops at a family-run place in Waipahu, then on to Kailua for modern takes on Hawaiian classics, and finally an authentic Hawaiian drive-in in Kaneohe. Aloha. 10 p.m. Friday, May 23, on the Food Network (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
