‘Muscle Shoals’

Greg “Freddy” Camalier’s 2013 documentary, celebrates Rick Hall, the founder of the FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Ala. It features such artists as Gregg Allman, Bono, Clarence Carter, Mick Jagger, Etta James, Alicia Keys, Keith Richards, Percy Sledge and Steve Winwood. Shows as part of PBS’ “Independent Lens” series. 9 p.m. Monday, April 21, on KCTS (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“The Blacklist,” 10:01 p.m. (NBC): As the team tries to protect a target of the Pavlovich brothers — specialists in abductions — Red has a job of his own for the duo; Liz patiently pursues the truth about Tom.

“The Boondocks,” 10:30 p.m. (Cartoon Network): Pretty Boy Flizzy is arrested for armed robbery while in town, and Tom agrees to be his lawyer.
