This new 1990s-set comedy, based on Justin Halpern’s book “I Suck at Girls,” stars Christopher Meloni (“True Blood,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”) as the father of two teenagers who becomes a full-time parent when his wife goes to law school.
