‘The Taste’

The twist to this food competition is that the contestants (both professional chefs and home cooks) prepare a “taste” for multiple judges, who then blindly sample the fare, then decide who should stay and who should go. The judges here are Anthony Bourdain (pictured, from left), Nigella Lawson, Ludo Lefebvre and Marcus Samuelsson. 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, on ABC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
