Where to see discounted movies:

“Red 2” and “This Is the End”

They’re new at the Crest Cinema. Also there: “The Heat,” “20 Feet from Stardom,” “The Conjuring” and “Monsters University” ($3-$4.50).

“This Is the End” and “The Wolverine”

They’re new at the Admiral Theater in West Seattle. Also there: “The Heat” and “Monsters University” ($5.75).

“Haute Cuisine”

It’s new at the Varsity Theatre. Also there: “Don Jon” and “Prisoners.” All seats on Tuesday are $7.

“Don Jon”

It continues at the Big Picture Seattle. The 4 p.m. shows Saturday-Sunday and the 6:15 p.m. shows Monday-Thursday are $8.50.

“Ghostbusters” and “The Evil Dead”

They’re new at the Central Cinema in Seattle. All shows $6-$8.

It plays at the Tin Theater in Burien this week. All shows $8.

They’re new at the Gateway in Federal Way. Also there: “The Heat,” “Grown Ups 2,” “This Is the End,” “The Conjuring,” “World War Z 3D,” “Pacific Rim 3D” and “Iron Man 3 3D”($2, all seats on Tuesdays $1).
