Discuss: Did the Supreme Court healthcare ruling give you the chills?

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld The Affordable Care Act. It retooled the individual mandate statute as a tax so it didn't violate the Commerce Clause, but the law stays.

This ruling comes from the highest law in the land. Should opponents give up or take their fight to the states?

While you ponder that question, keep in mind Americans are truly divided over healthcare. We are a fickle lot about our health care.
A Washington Post-ABC News poll found that 56 percent of Americans rate the current health care system unfavorably, but 52 percent also view the new law in a negative light.

Check out this cool app allowing readers to broadly gauge how the court's ruling affects them. You just put in your household info. etc and it spits out an answer.

Avid court watchers should go back and review transcripts of the hearings. Return here throughout the morning, I'll be adding updates as they come in.
