Rewind: Live chat with WSU basketball coach Ernie Kent

Ernie Kent was named the 18th head coach in WSU men's basketball history on March 31.

He spent the last two seasons as a college basketball analyst for Pac-12 Networks after four years as an analyst for Fox Sports Net.

Kent has an overall coaching record of 325-254 (.561) with six seasons at Saint Mary's and 13 seasons at Oregon.

He guided the Ducks to one Pac-10 regular-season title, two Pac-10 tourney crowns and five NCAA tournament appearances, including two trips to the Elite Eight.

Kent answered questions about coaching career, his plans for the Cougars and more in a live chat on April 10.
