GameDay: Washington State vs. Arizona
A look at Saturday’s WSU-Arizona matchup

Pac-12 Networks, ESPN 710 AM
Turnaround time? If the Cougars are ever going to reverse course of what has mostly been a sour season, they need to start here. A year ago, they did exactly that against Arizona, also coming off a bye week.
Turnovers wanted: WSU has only five takeaways and the worst turnover margin in the Pac-12 at minus-7. The Cougars haven’t won the turnover battle since doing it in Tucson last Nov. 16, 11 games ago.
Cat scratches: Arizona running backs Nick Wilson (ankle) and Terris Jones-Grigsby (concussion) have been injured, as well as guard Cayman Bundage (knee). Jones-Grigsby is listed as probable and the other two questionable.
Halliday hurlin’: WSU quarterback Connor Halliday is 138 yards behind WSU career passing leader Alex Brink (10,913), a mark he could surpass before the first quarter is done. His 86 TD passes is No. 3 on the Pac-12 career list, behind Matt Leinart’s 99 and Matt Barkley’s 116.
Prediction: WSU 44, Arizona 38.
