EUGENE, Ore. – Mike Moser scored 21 points and made a season-high five three-pointers for Oregon in a 67-53 victory over Washington State on Sunday night.
Joseph Young added 18 points for the Ducks (18-8 overall, 6-8 Pac-12), who overcame a 31-24 halftime deficit and the absence of guard Damyean Dotson, who didn’t play after starting 60 straight games.
Dotson, 19, was cited and released early Saturday morning. He was accused of trying to use a fake I.D. to get into a campus-area bar.
Jason Calliste started in his place and scored 12 points.
DaVonte Lacy scored 19 points to lead the Cougars (9-18, 2-13) and D.J. Shelton added 14 points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
WSU was outscored 43-22 in the second half.
“Oregon did a nice job coming out after the half and turning up the heat,” WSU coach Ken Bone said. “They were very active and tonight we coughed up the ball.”
