SALT LAKE CITY — Washington State dropped its regular season road finale 59-47 to Utah at the Jon M. Huntsman Center on Sunday.

Freshman guard Lia Galdeira led Washington State (10-17, 6-10 Pac-12) with 14 points and redshirt senior Katie Grad scored seven points. Utah improved to 16-11 overall and 7-9 in conference play after shooting 42.9 percent and posting a 45-24 rebounding advantage. WSU was held to 37.5 percent shooting from the field and scored 16 points off 16 Utah turnovers.

Taryn Wicijowski led Utah with 22 points and nine rebounds.

"We came out with great energy and focus. We executed great on offense against a tough defense but Utah I thought won a lot of 50-50 balls in the second half," Cougars coach June Daugherty said. "We did a good job on their post players in the first half but they got going in the second half."

At No. 4 Stanford 74,

Oregon 50

Chiney Ogwumike scored 27 points, grabbed a school record 24 rebounds and set a Stanford career mark with her 52nd double-double in a victory over Oregon.

Ogwumike, a junior, broke the career double-double record she had briefly shared with her older sister, Nnemkadi Ogwumike.

The Cardinal (26-2, 15-1) won its 12th straight game since suffering a 67-55 loss to California on Jan. 13 and remained tied atop the conference standings with the Bears. Stanford beat Oregon (4-24, 2-14) for the 17th consecutive time, improving to 47-8 in the series and 26-1 at Maples Pavilion.

At No. 6 California 58,

Oregon State 56

Layshia Clarendon scored 26 points and California rallied from 17 points down in the first half to beat Oregon State, extending the longest winning streak in school history to 13 games.

Clarendon did most of her work in the second half, including an off-balance 14-foot leaner that gave Cal a 57-51 lead with just under four minutes remaining

Jamie Weisner had 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Mollee Schwegler scored 15 points for Oregon State (9-19, 3-13).

At No. 17 UCLA 63, USC 58

Nirra Fields and Thea Lemberger each scored 12 points and UCLA held off a second half USC rally.

The pair also combined for 11 rebounds, nine assists and five steals to lead the Bruins (21-6, 12-4 Pac-12).

USC (8-19, 5-11), after winning its first four conference games this season, has dropped eight straight and 11 of 12.

At Arizona State 59,

Haley Videckis made a three-pointer with 22.8 seconds left to lift Arizona State (13-15, 5-11) past rival Arizona (12-15, 4-12).

On the final possession, Arizona's Erica Barnes missed a short shot, Alli Gloyd got the rebound but couldn't get free and had the ball taken away by Arizona State's Janae Fulcher with two seconds remaining.

Videckis hit 3 of 5 three-pointers and finished with 13 points

Senior Davellyn Whyte scored 18 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and posted seven assists.
