BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Junior guard Victor Oladipo contributed 21 points, seven rebounds, six steals and three blocks, leading the seventh-ranked Indiana Hoosiers to a 75-70 victory over No. 13 Michigan State on Sunday.

"There are still things I need to improve on, even today," he said.

"So I have to keep getting better."

Indiana (18-2 overall, 6-1 Big Ten Conference) has won three straight since a Jan. 25 loss to Wisconsin. It has won back-to-back games over the Spartans after ending a six-game losing streak in the series. The Hoosiers share the conference lead with Michigan.

"It was a physical game, a hard-nosed game," Indiana coach Tom Crean said. "It was a high-level game and they're a great team. That's why it's a great win for us."

Freshman guard Gary Harris of Michigan State (17-4 6-2) scored 21 points.

Harris, last season's Mr. Basketball as an Indiana prep standout, was booed relentlessly and was the target of negative chants.

Trey Burke scored 19 points and the Wolverines (19-1, 6-1 Big Ten) never trailed after the opening minutes against the Illini (15-6, 2-5).

Michigan's performance could yield a No. 1 ranking in the Associated Press media poll that will be released Monday, as No. 1 Duke lost at No. 25 Miami 90-63 on Wednesday. The Wolverines haven't been No. 1 since the 1992-93 season.

Haley Peters scored 15 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Blue Devils (18-1, 8-0 Atlantic Coast) past the Golden Eagles (8-11, 2-6). Duke has won its last 34 ACC home games.

Azia Bishop, a sophomore who entered the game averaging 3.2 points, scored 17 to help the Wildcats (19-2, 7-1 Southeastern) defeat the Tigers (12-8, 3-4).

Bishop made 7 of 10 shots and had five rebounds in her 20 minutes on the court.
