Jobi Wall had 13 points and 12 rebounds to help eighth-ranked Seattle Pacific to an easy 81-56 Great Northwest Athletic Conference men's basketball victory over Montana State Billings at Brougham Pavilion.
The Falcons (11-2) improved their conference record to 4-1, while dropping MSUB (8-8) to 1-4.
Other men's basketball
Austin Bragg paced a balanced attack with 14 points, nine rebounds and five steals as No. 5 Western Washington (14-0, 5-0 GNAC) stayed unbeaten with a 61-49 win over Northwest Nazarene.
• Konner Veteto and Mikh McKinney each scored 12 points and Sacramento State (8-6, 3-3 Big Sky) overcame a 10-point halftime deficit for a 60-53 victory over Eastern Washington (4-12, 2-4).
• Dom Williams scored 21 points to lead Central Washington (9-5, 3-3 GNAC) past Simon Fraser 89-84.
• No. 22 Northwest University knocked off No. 14 Southern Oregon, 82-73 as Ryan McIntosh scored 23 and Ryan Dornik and Michael Greene each scored 22.
Women's basketball
Katie Benson had 19 points and a career-high 17 rebounds for host Seattle Pacific, but Sasha King scored 23 for Alaska Anchorage, leading the Seawolves (8-5, 2-3 GNAC) past the Falcons, 77-72. SPU (10-4, 4-2) went without a field goal for the last 9 minutes, 37 seconds of the game, missing its final 12 shots from the floor.
• Center Britt Harris of Marysville-Pilchuck scored on a layup at the buzzer to lift Western Washington to a 59-57 victory over Simon Fraser in a GNAC game in Bellingham.
Harris had 14 points, 12 in the second half, to help the Vikings, ranked No. 11 in this week's USA Today Sports/ESPN NCAA Division II Top 25 Poll, improve to 11-2 overall and 5-0 in the GNAC with their fifth straight victory.
Trishi Williams had 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists for Western.
• Fantasia Hilliard scored 22 points and Alle Moreno had 21 to lead Sacramento State to an 85-70 victory over visiting Eastern Washington. Kylie Huerta led the Eagles (7-8, 3-3 Big Sky) with 14 points and Lexie Nelson scored 11.
• Northwest University rallied but fell short in an 89-80 loss to Southern Oregon in Cascade Conference play.
Domi Mendezona led Northwest U. (2-14, 1-8 CCC) with 18 points. Sanda Milovic scored 16.

• Led by four Cliff Smith goals, the Washington Stealth (2-0) earned a 17-13 victory over the Colorado Mammoth in a National Lacrosse League match at Denver's Pepsi Center. Lewis Ratcliff and Rhys Duch each scored three goals for the Stealth.
• No. 5 Graham Trucking's Jimmy Shane snatched a dramatic victory in the Oryx Cup UIM World Championship in Doha Bay, Qatar, to conclude the 2012 season of racing in the Unlimited Hydroplane Championship.
• UW senior Jeremy Taiwo won the 60-meter hurdles in a career-best 8.10 seconds and tied his career best in winning the high jump at 6-11 ½ inches to highlight the UW Indoor Preview.
• Washington State's Stephan Scott-Ellis broke his own meet record in the long jump with a leap of 23-11 ¾ at the Washington State Open Indoor in Pullman.
• The Washington men's tennis team opened its spring season with a 7-0 victory over Gonzaga.
• UW junior Aliza Vaccher won the all-around title but host Minnesota beat the Huskies 195.550-193.500 in women's gymnastics.
