• Gonzaga will get some rays when it plays in the Hardwood Tournament of Hope in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Nov. 20-22. The Zags open against Missouri State and could play No. 9 Louisville for the title.

• Gonzaga reports that tickets sold out in 20 minutes for its home matchup against No. 4 Stanford on Dec. 2.

• Gonzaga will host No. 19 Ohio State on Dec. 17. It's the first meeting for the programs.

• Gonzaga resumes its rivalry with BYU on Jan. 17 in Spokane. The teams split during the regular season a year ago and BYU claimed the NCAA tournament automatic bid with a West Coast Conference tournament victory over Gonzaga in the title game.
