Dave Magee named market leader at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce

Dave Magee was promoted to market leader for the Washington region at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in Seattle.

Magee has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Puget Sound area. He will direct business development, recruiting, key client relationships and support all business lines.

Magee is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he received a bachelor’s degree in zoology.

Architecture:Thomas Hemba, Arnulfo Ramirez, Gabriele Mezzato and Fredrika Witt joined Bumgardner in Seattle.

Associations:Jeff Curwen and Michele Wilson joined Melby, Cameron and Anderson, Edmonds. Jerri Lane was named executive director of the Bainbridge Island Downtown Association.

Banking:Aaron William Hannon was named business banking relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Seattle.

Engineering:Matt Smith joined Hart Crowser, Seattle, as a hydrogeologist.

Health care: Sue Kozik joined Group Health in Seattle as executive vice president and chief information officer.

Insurance: Chad Zenner was named chief marketing officer at AssureStart, Seattle.

Law: Jessica Yu joined Stokes Lawrence in Seattle.

News media: Sharon Pian Chan was named director of journalism initiatives for The Seattle Times.

Real estate:John Lo joined JLL Capital Markets in Seattle to lead the firm’s real-estate investment banking practice for Washington and Oregon.

Technology:Britt Provost was hired as vice president of people and culture at Apptio, Bellevue.
