David Lerner named regional VP at Union Bank | On the Move

David Lerner joined Union Bank’s Business Banking group in Bellevue as regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest.
Lerner is responsible for managing business development, portfolio management, client experience and training for the Pacific Northwest teams.
Lerner previously served as chief lending officer for Coastal Community Bank and also held senior sales and credit positions at Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Greater Bay Bancorp and Viking Bank.
Aerospace:Steve Barr was named vice president operations for the Electronics Group at Crane Aerospace & Electronic, Redmond.
Banking:Al Brewer was named vice president and residential lending team lead for Western Washington at AmericanWest Bank, Seattle.
Compensation data: Dave Smith was promoted to chief product officer at PayScale, Seattle.
Consulting:Won Andersen, senior vice president, was named regional practice leader for the Health and Benefits practice of Aon Hewitt, Seattle.
Culture:Jeff Lockhart was named the permanent executive director of the Kirkland Performance Center.
Cruise lines:Jack Littlemore was promoted to director, revenue management operations, and Gabrielle Smith was promoted to deputy director, systems user support and operations support, both in the revenue management department at Holland America Line, Seattle.
Environmental engineering: Allison MacEwan was hired as principal engineer at Ridolfi, Seattle.
Health care:Jack Faris joined the APCO Worldwide’s Health Advisory Board, Seattle.
Insurance:Greg Tacchetti was named president and CEO of AssureStart Insurance Agency, Seattle.
Law:Jon Isaacson and Jake Ferderer joined Christensen O’Connor Johnson Kindness in Seattle as associates. Hai Han and Jeffrey Pepe were promoted to partner at Seed IP Law Group, Seattle.
Technology:Gary McGrath was named executive vice president of sales at Viableware, Kirkland.
