Linda Barnes named to 2 top roles at PSBC | On the Move

Linda Barnes was appointed to the combined role of chief operating officer and chief information officer at Puget Sound Blood Center (PSBC), a Seattle-based nonprofit community resource.

Barnes joined PSBC in 2013 as chief quality officer and has also served in leadership positions at Dendreon, the University of Washington International Clinical Research Center and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Banking: Wendy Schuler, Rob Macauley and Mark Meadowcroft were hired as loan officers at the Bellevue home lending office of 1st Security Bank, which is based in Mountlake Terrace.

Commercial real estate: Will Carroll joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in Seattle.

Construction: Ryan Ashley, Sarah Amick and Kristin Tate joined PSF Mechanical, Seattle.

Design: AJ Wright was hired as a senior architect and Beate Hohmann-Koloyartsev was hired as resource librarian and design assistant at EHS Design, Seattle.

Executive search: John Barron joined Archer & Associates in Redmond as chief operating officer.

Health care: Chris Knackstedt was hired as chief financial officer at Group Health in Seattle.

Housing services: Lee Curtis was appointed president of Aboda Corporate Housing, Redmond.

Insurance: Phil Kennedy joined Servco Pacific Insurance in Seattle as its aviation practice leader.

Law: Rick Leitner joined Cairncross & Hempelmann in Seattle.

Organizations: Barbara Green was named interim operations director at Artist Trust in Seattle.

Resorts: Steven Snook was named executive chef at Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie.

Technology: Steve McKean was appointed vice president of channel sales and programs at Viableware, Kirkland.

Travel: Mark Graves was hired as port captain at Un-Cruise Adventures in Seattle.

Video publishing: Marty Roberts and Jamie Miller were appointed co-CEOs at thePlatform, Seattle.

Water: Greg Buscher was appointed chief financial officer for Essentia Water, Bothell.
