Big Bothell apartment project sold for $91 million

A 372-unit apartment development in Bothell has been sold for $91.5 milllion to real investors led by Los Angeles-based Kennedy Wilson and Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners.

A 372-unit apartment development in Bothell has been sold for $91.5 milllion to real estate investors led by Los Angeles-based Kennedy Wilson and Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners.

The Bailey Farm Apartments project, completed last year with a mix of one- to three-bedroom units, was sold by The Wolff Company. It is located on 180th St. SE near North Creek Park.
