John Marchione named president of Sound Cities Association | On the Move
Notable hires and promotions.
John Marchione, mayor of Redmond, was named president of Sound Cities Association (SCA), which represents 36 cities in King County that have less than 150,000 residents.
Marchione was first elected mayor in 2007 and was re-elected in 2011. He also has served on the Cascade Water Alliance board and the Sound Transit board.
Banking: Ron Wilkowski joined Union Bank’s Commercial Banking Group as director of business development based in Seattle. Michael Reph was named principal Business Banking relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Seattle.
Biotechnology: Craig Philips was named executive vice president of commercial operations and Dan Eramian senior vice president of communications and investor relations at Kineta, Seattle.
Electrical contracting: Curt Dickerson was promoted to director of Washington large electrical construction, Steve Burnett was promoted to director of preconstruction and estimating and Collette Duck was promoted to director of Internal Services at Cochran, Seattle.
Law: Thomas Krider has been named a managing partner at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, Seattle. Patchen Haggerty joined Perkins Coie, Seattle.
Manufacturing: Ian Cassiman was named senior product manager, Justin Fortune, regional sales manager and Stephanie Percy global marketing consultant at SportsArt, Woodinville.
Software: Norbert Orth was named president of Dexter + Chaney, Seattle.
