Senior Services names Paula Houston as CEO of Seattle program

Paula Houston was appointed chief executive of Senior Services, a Seattle-based nonprofit that manages six senior centers and a number of community programs, including Meals on Wheels.
Houston was formerly executive director of the Meredith Mathews East Madison YMCA in Seattle.
She also has held leadership positions with Public Health — Seattle & King County and Country Doctor Community Health Centers.

Nonprofit: Linda Venczel was appointed director of program and partnership management at BIO Ventures for Global Health (BVGH), Seattle.
Software: David Stout was named vice president of sales at LiquidPlanner, Seattle.
Public television: April Collier was named vice president of development at KCTS 9, Seattle.
Utilities: Michael Jones was hired as power supply and environmental affairs officer at Seattle City Light.
