Belltown’s Alto apartment building sold

Belltown’s 17-story Alto apartments, completed last year by the firm now called Harbor Urban, has been sold to real estate investment firm Hartz Mountain for $62.3 million.

Harbor, which developed the property with Cigna Realty Investors, said Friday the 184-unit apartment building was fully leased.
