On the Move: Northgate names marketing/ development director

Rita Koefod was hired as director of marketing and business development at Simon Property Group’s Northgate Mall in Seattle.

Koefod previously served as director of development for Safe Crossings Foundation, a Seattle nonprofit.

Before that, she was director of marketing for Merchandise Mart Properties in Chicago, a division of Vornado Realty Trust.

Advertising: Cassidy Wilber was hired as a senior planner and Sean Hamilton as a designer at Wexley School for Girls, Seattle.

Assisted living: Marc Nowak was promoted to vice president of Washington operations at Áegis Living, Seattle.

Construction: Brenden Guffin and Steve Baldridge were hired as project design engineers, Keith Meyer as a sheet-metal detailer, Chris Wigley and Jennifer Twaddell as project managers, Colleen Maute as Nordstrom team administrative assistant and Steve Simonson as assistant project manager at PSF Mechanical, Seattle.

Consulting: Ann Schnitz joined EcoChem in Seattle as principal scientist.

Engineering: Richard Reis was named vice president and Northwest regional manager for the Infrastructure and Environment Division at URS, Seattle.

Law: Michael Sherman joined Siderius Lonergan & Martin, Seattle.

Medical devices: Mitch Parrish was named chief operating officer at Physio-Control, Redmond.

Technology: Phil Neiswender was hired as chief legal officer at UIEvolution, Seattle.

Wine: Kirk Brewer was promoted to chief sales officer, Alexandra Evans to chief marketing officer and Mark Harmann to senior vice president of sales U.S. West and international at Precept Wine, Seattle.
