Equity Residential buys Redmond project for $91M

A 322-apartment mixed-use development in Redmond that Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential opened in 2009 was sold on Monday for $91.5 million to Chicago-based Equity Residential, county records show.

The sale of Veloce Apartments at 8102 161st Avenue NE included office and retail space.
