Belltown apartment building sells for $94 million

The 18-story Archstone Belltown building at 500 Wall Street was sold this week for $93.9 million to a Dallas partnership, county records showed Friday.

The 18-story Archstone Belltown building at 500 Wall Street was sold Tuesday for $93.9 million to a Dallas partnership, county records showed Friday.

The 358-unit apartment tower, now known as Skye at Belltown, is one of four Seattle properties Chicago-based Equity Residential acquired recently from a unit of bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings as part of a multibillion-dollar deal for 76 properties in nine major metro areas.
