Two office buildings at Union Station in Seattle’s International District were sold for $97 million to the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association by a partnership led by billionaires Craig and Bruce McCaw, according to public records.

The sale closed last week. The partnership, Seattle Union Station LLC, bought the 320,000-square-foot development at 605 and 625 5th Avenue South in 2000 for $84.9 million, records show. Tenants include ADP, Getty Images, Sound Transit and Wells Fargo Bank.
