Planners OK hotel/office project
By Seattle Times staff
Seattle city planners on Monday approved developer Touchstone’s plan for a 14-story hotel and office complex in the Denny Triangle.
The project, on Boren Avenue between Stewart and Howell streets, would have 222 hotel rooms, 286,000 square feet of office space and 335 underground parking stalls.
Touchstone has not applied for building permits, and a spokeswoman declined to discuss construction timing.
