Schnitzer sells Bothell buildings

Seattle developer Schnitzer West sold seven buiildings at its Schnitzer North Creek business park in Bothell Thursday to an affiliate of Rosen Properties of Bellevue, according to county records.
Rosen paid $25.8 million. The buildings together contain about 150,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
Schnitzer has been selling assets for several years as it gears up for another round of building.
