Levy Premium Foodservice, part of Chicago-based Levy Restaurants, has filed a notice with the state that it plans to lay off 363 employees on Feb. 26, in connection with its loss of the food-services contract at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. Last month, the Seattle Seahawks, Sounders FC and First & Goal announced a new food-services provider — Delaware North Companies Sportservice — for CenturyLink Field and the event center.
