Intel, Avvo ink Union Station leases
The 705 Union Station building gains two high-tech tenants after being emptied by Amazon a couple years ago.

With two big new leases, 705 Union Station — emptied two years ago when former tenant Amazon.com moved to South Lake Union — now is 76 percent leased, listing broker CBRE said Tuesday.
Intel is taking 50,000 square feet and lawyer-rating website Avvo 25,000 square feet in the 258,000-square-foot, 11-story Pioneer Square building.
