Seattle apartment developer Harbor Urban has proposed a 150-unit complex in Wallingford at the southwest corner of Interlake Avenue North and North 45th Street.

The project also would have 7,200 square feet of shops and restaurants and 100 underground parking stalls.

The city’s Northeast Design Review Board is tentatively scheduled to consider the project Jan. 14.
