On the move: Guinn takes over at Clear Channel Outdoor

Pam Guinn was named president of the Seattle/Tacoma offices of Clear Channel Outdoor.
Guinn worked as senior manager of news and digital sales for Bright House Media Strategies in the Tampa and Orlando markets. Before that she worked as the general sales manager for Comcast Spotlight and worked for Belo in the Seattle market.
Banking: Debbie Webber was hired as vice president/small business loan officer at HomeStreet Bank, Seattle. Rodney West was named business banking relationship manager at Wells Fargo, Seattle. Carlos Guangorena was hired as regional lending manager for Seattle and Bellevue at Heritage Bank. Scott Cordell joined as vice president and senior business loan officer at HomeStreet Bank, Bellevue.
Communications: Susan Lamb was promoted to creative director at Frause.
Consulting: Aaron Weller was named managing director of the risk assurance practice for the Western Region at PwC, Seattle.
Financial services: Brenda Randall was appointed voluntary benefits practice leader for Sun Life Financial's Seattle/Portland territories.
Health care: Dr. Christoph Lee joined Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
Law: Beth Golub Joffe joined Stokes Lawrence, Seattle.
Real estate: Dennis Pearce was named a broker and Trevor Carr was hired as an associate broker at Keller Williams Greater Seattle.
