Downtown Seattle's Hotel Vintage Park has been sold to Maryland hotel investors for $31.7 million, according to county records.

The buyer, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust of Bethesda, Md., owns 21 hotels around the country, including downtown's Hotel Monaco.

The 124-room Vintage Park, at Fifth Avenue and Spring Street, last sold for $22.4 million in 2007, according to public records.
