Gordon Browning was named executive vice president and chief financial officer at Regal Financial Bank, Seattle.

Browning has also served as treasurer of Cascade Bank and chief financial officer for EvergreenBank and Northwest Business Bank.

He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Banking: Brent Langberg was named vice president and commercial-lending officer at Valley Bank's Kent office.
