Halle Hutchison joined Alaska Airlines in Seattle as managing director of brand and marketing communications. She will oversee product marketing, sponsorships and promotions.

Hutchison previously worked at Expedia, where she served as senior director of brand marketing. Before that, she served in a similar capacity at T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless.

Banking: John Corby joined Boston Private Bank & Trust in Seattle as senior vice president and portfolio manager.

Architecture: Slava Simontov was hired as principal at MulvannyG2 Architecture, Bellevue.

Commercial real estate: Dylan Simon joined the Colliers International, Seattle.

Interior design: Kevin Conway and John Pusey joined EHS Design, Seattle.

Development: Trent Irick was promoted to Northwest operations manager and Mindy Uber was promoted to assistant environmental health and safety director as Skanska USA, Seattle.

Fashion: Tiffany Ullian was hired as fashion designer at Bag Borrow or Steal, Seattle.

Government: Chip Vincent was appointed administrator for the city of Renton's Community and Economic Development Department.

Health care: Dr. Kathleen Pratt, a naturopathic physician at Northwest Natural Health in Seattle, was named director at Women's Health Adjunctive Care Research.

Law: Brian McMahon, Casey Fitzpatrick and Alina Morris joined Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness, Seattle.

Radio: Bob Nordberg was named director of sponsorship sales for KPLU in Tacoma and KING-FM in Seattle.

Technology: Jon Day was hired as director of sales and marketing, Steve Gray was hired as executive director of technology and Steve Hart was promoted to director of project management at Cypress, Seattle.
