Shopping-center developer Regency Centers said it will break ground next week on a 280,000-square-foot complex in Issaquah Highlands anchored by a 12-screen cinema and Safeway.

Shopping-center developer Regency Centers said it will break ground next week on a 280,000-square-foot complex in Issaquah Highlands anchored by a 12-screen cinema and Safeway.
The Jacksonville, Fla., developer, owns eight other retail properties in the Seattle area.
