Apartment investment and development company Holland Partners has sold six complexes in the Seattle area, according to Moran & Co., which represented the seller.
King County records indicate the buyer has the same address as Archon Group of Irving, Tex., a Goldman Sachs real-estate arm.
The six complexes, with 1,000 total units, are Copper Ridge in Renton; Mirabella, Saratoga and Cascadia Pointe in Everett; and Serra Vista and Nickel Creek in Lynnwood.
King County records show Holland was paid $30.2 million for the 325-unit Copper Ridge complex. Sale prices for the Snohomish County properties were not available.
