Bothell apartment complexes sold for $91M
Greystar, the nation's largest apartment manager, bought two neighboring apartment complexes in Bothell this week for $91 million, according to King County records.

Greystar, the nation's largest apartment manager, bought two neighboring apartment complexes in Bothell this week for $91 million, according to King County records.
The Charleston, S.C., company acquired the Canyon Creek and Victorian Village projects from Colorado-based Archstone, another big apartment owner. Together, the complexes have 558 apartments.
Greystar already operates 18 apartment projects in the Puget Sound area, according to its website.
