Concur Technologies is moving its headquarters from Redmond to downtown Bellevue.

The travel and expense software maker has signed a 10-year lease for 122,000 square feet in the 22-story Key Center, at Northeast Sixth Street and 108th Avenue Northeast. The deal, for about one-quarter of the tower, is downtown Bellevue's largest since 2009, according to Kilroy Realty, the building's owner.

Concur will move in May 2013, the company said in a regulatory filing. Its initial rent will be $3.5 million a year.
