An affiliate of Goodman Real Estate of Seattle sold the six-story, 103-year-old Westland Building this week for $10.3 million, according to county records.

A historic Pioneer Square office building has been sold to a Vermont firm.

An affiliate of Goodman Real Estate of Seattle sold the six-story, 103-year-old Westland Building this week for $10.3 million, according to county records. Goodman paid $11.5 million for the building in 2007, then renovated it.

The building, at First Avenue South and South King Street, is about 90 percent leased, according to commercial real-estate database Officespace.com.

Its new owner, Manchester Capital Management, is a Vermont entity whose manager is the president of a wealth-management firm in Manchester, Vt., according to public records.
