Smith International names Duane C. Radtke to board
Oilfield services company Smith International Inc. on Monday said it named Duane C. Radtke to its board.

Oilfield services company Smith International Inc. on Monday said it named Duane C. Radtke to its board.
Radtke, 61, will serve as a Class III director and will be eligible for election at the company's 2010 annual meeting.
Radtke currently serves as the president and chief executive of Valiant Exploration LLC and as the non-executive chairman of NFR Energy LLC.
Smith shares slipped 40 cents to $32.25 in morning trading.
