Downtown office tower gets first tenant
Downtown Seattle's 1918 Eighth office tower, now nearing completion, has announced its first tenant.

1918 Eighth, a 36-story office tower nearing completion in downtown Seattle, has its first tenant.
Developer Schnitzer West said law firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro has leased 21,000 square feet in the 667,000-square-foot building.
