Boeing to acquire cybersecurity firm Narus

Boeing said its Defense, Space and Security division has agreed to acquire Sunnyvale, Calif.-based cybersecurity firm Narus.

Boeing said its Defense, Space and Security division has agreed to acquire Sunnyvale, Calif.-based cybersecurity firm Narus.

The 150-person company provides network traffic and analytics software used to protect computer networks, Boeing said. Terms were not disclosed.

Narus will become a subsidiary in Boeing's Network & Space Systems unit.
