Small downtown condo lives luxuriously large

The bathroom has an elegant, old-world glow with a shell-pink paint from Donald Kaufman. The washer and dryer are tucked into a cubby off to the right. The teacup serves as a water dish for Nico. The chandelier is French. It originally belonged to grand dame Seattle interior designer Marie Edwards.
