Fresh, flavorful herbs put the delicious in dishes

Common rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) has year-round aromatic foliage and pale blue flowers; it’s drought- and deer-resistant. Plant it in a sheltered sunny spot with perfect drainage and it will thrive for years without much care.
