An aerial photo from January shows derailed train cars burning in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick. A Canadian National Railway freight train carrying crude oil and propane derailed Tuesday night in a sparsely populated region of northwestern New Brunswick. Acting NTSB Chairman Chris Hart says all crude shipments are flammable and a risk to communities and the environment, not just the Bakken oil involved in a string of fiery accidents.
