Seattle man killed at age 14, now on path to parole at age 36

Jeremiah Bourgeois was resentenced Friday in accordance with a new state law eliminating automatic life sentences for juveniles tried as adults. Bourgeois has been serving a sentence of life in prison without parole for killing a grocer who testified against his brother when he was 14.
