Painters from many nations transform Union Station

Ali Kay, of Chattanooga, Tenn., works on a painting, very similar to her painting of the legs at far left, in Seattle’s Union Station last Friday. Decorative artists from all over the world are taking part in the annual International Salon of Decorative Painting: Salon Seattle 2014, a "pop-up" exhibit hall and live demonstration. Salon Seattle 2014 is free and open to the public through Sunday. Union Station is at 401 S. Jackson St.
