FAA report finds 787 is safe, faults supply chain oversight

Boeing 787s were lined up along the side of a runway at Paine Field in Everett in January 2013 after the Federal Aviation Administration grounded the aircraft for three months. The grounding order was triggered by incidents with the lithium-ion batteries on two Japanese carriers' 787s.
