A Ukrainian Navy officer looks at a scuttled Russian vessel from the Black Sea shore outside the town of Myrnyi, western Crimea, on Thursday. Russian naval personnel scuttled the decommissioned ship to block access for five Ukrainian naval vessels, trapping them as Russian war vessels patrolled just off the coast. The decommissioned vessel was brought in by Russia on March 4, towed by a tug boat and escorted by a warship and several gun boats.
