40 years after Boldt, the fight goes on over fewer and fewer fish

For 39 years, starting the year after the Boldt decision, Gary Jackson of the Quileute tribe has set his gill net at the confluence of the Sol Duc and Bogachiel rivers to catch salmon and steelhead.
