This house has everything: charm and water views

The couple struggled with this space, moving the dining table into all three zones before figuring it out. A bay living-room window opens views to Lake Washington. The dining table (lower right), of reclaimed planks from the Packard Building on Capitol Hill, was made by Whitcomb & Company of Seattle.
